MDHall does not cover any losses during the shipping process. MDHall is responsible for your goods till their delivery to the carrier. After that point, all responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the carrier and MDHall cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury during the delivery process. We ship all orders with full insurance, so in case of parcel loss the carrier will cover the value of the parcel and we will refund you or re-ship the order. You can track your order in the carrier’s system with a tracking number we provide after we ship your order.
